[Scope of Application]
This machine is a specialized device used for water source treatment in hydraulic experiments of geosynthetic materials, or connected to other geosynthetic material equipment through hoses. It can effectively remove gases, including oxygen, carbon dioxide, etc., from water and provide the necessary deaerated water for testing. And provide a constant water temperature required for the experiment as a matching constant temperature source, providing users with a controlled hot and cold, uniform and constant temperature field source for conducting constant temperature tests or experiments on test samples or produced products during operation. The water used for the vertical permeability test of geotextiles should be distilled water or filtered clean water according to the requirements of the "Determination of Dissolved Oxygen in Water Quality - Iodometric Method" (GB7489-1987). Before the geotechnical hydraulic test, it must be degassed by pumping or boiling method, and the dissolved oxygen content in the water should not exceed 10mg/kg. Through this machine treatment, the water quality can be ensured to meet the test requirements.

3. The microcomputer can correct temperature measurement deviation with a temperature correction accuracy of 0.1 ℃.
4. Require users to have adjustable PID and PID self-tuning function.
5. External circulation: During external circulation, the constant temperature liquid in the tank can be drawn out to establish a second constant temperature field. It can also be used as a cold source (heat source) to draw out the liquid in the tank, which can lower (raise) the temperature of the experimental container outside the tank and expand its range of use.
6. Adopting dual temperature sensors, the instrument automatically cuts off the cooling function when the operating temperature is 5 ℃ higher than the ambient temperature. Greatly improving energy efficiency while extending the service life of the compressor. It is a novel and energy-saving product.
