【Performance Features】
This device features an intelligent touchscreen interface with menu-driven operation. Utilizing capillary action principles, it measures air forced through a liquid-moistened material's pores, extracting liquid from the largest pore in the test specimen. The system calculates maximum and average pore diameters by applying capillary equations to determine pressure required for the first bubble formation at specified temperatures, based on surface tension data. With advanced electronics enabling preset parameters, the large LCD screen displays pressure values and automatically calculates pore diameter measurements. Each step is accompanied by intuitive text prompts, ensuring user-friendly operation. The printer outputs individual pore diameter values and average results for multiple specimens simultaneously.
